Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of LetsBecho, operated by Mayank Johri, Delhi, India ("we"), on the web and in the LetsBecho apps. By creating an account or posting an ad you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use LetsBecho

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. One person, one account.

2. What LetsBecho is

LetsBecho is a local classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are an intermediary: we do not own, inspect, sell or deliver any item, and we are not a party to any deal between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking items and completing transactions safely.

3. Posting ads

• Ads (except job ads) must include an original video of the actual item, recorded by you, showing its real condition.
• Descriptions, prices and locations must be accurate. One ad per item; no duplicate or spam ads.
• Free and paid listing limits are shown when you post. Packages (bought through Google Play in the app or Razorpay on the website) are for listing slots only, are valid for the period shown and are non-refundable once used, except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Not allowed

• Adult, sexual or escort content or services; nudity in videos or photos.
• Illegal items: drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit products, wildlife products, prescription medicines, or anything banned under Indian law.
• Fraud: asking for advance payment, fake listings, impersonation, or moving users off-platform to cheat them.
• Harassment, hate speech, or sharing other people's personal information.

Ads are checked automatically and by our team. We may reject or remove ads and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

5. Your content

You own the videos, photos and text you post. You give LetsBecho permission to host, show and resize them on the platform and in promotion of your ad while it is live. You confirm you have the right to post them.

6. Safety

Never pay in advance or share OTPs, and meet in a public place to inspect items. See our Safety tips. Report suspicious ads or users using the Report button.

7. Liability

LetsBecho is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of items listed, for the truth of ads, or for any loss from deals between users.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer, Mayank Johri, at help@letsbecho.in.
